BOM Track Map

Currently we are monitoring the official sources for advice and direction. At this stage, there is likely to be significant rain and localised flooding which may impact the delivery of some driving lessons and potentially practical driving tests.

If you are uncomfortable continuing with a booked lesson you can cancel online, from your profile. Simply click the red X next to your booking. (Here is a summary of how to do cancel online). You need to do this at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson to avoid any cancellation fees.  Plan ahead and act now if you have any concerns.

If a Driving Instructor considers the local conditions are not suitable for driving lessons, we will cancel driving lessons as directed by the Instructor.  In this case, you will not be charged any cancellation fees.  Safety is our number one priority.

If TMR cancel practical driving tests due to local safety concerns or direction from authorities, it is expected TMR will contact the effected customers directly. If you have any notification from TMR please let us know ASAP as we do not receive these notifications from TMR.

We will endeavour to provide updates, where possible, via our social media.

Stay safe.
