Choose your lessons
Practise steering, observation and speed control without coordinating a clutch. Choose an automatic instructor from the local profiles.
Work on clutch control, gear choice and smooth starts alongside your observation. Select the manual profile when booking.
Use a pre-test lesson to get feedback on observation, decisions and manoeuvres. Agree what still needs practice before committing to a test date.

Practice and feedback
Switching between practice in a family car and a school car can bring different controls and reference points. Let James know what you have been using. A lesson can check your starting and stopping habits, then work on the skill that is holding up your independent decisions.
Coastwide instructors serving Adare are Queensland-accredited. Our instructor-provided lesson cars have dual controls. We are part of a group that has helped students pass their test since 1959.
Plan your lesson
View current lesson and package prices. Most Coastwide lessons run for 60 to 90 minutes; check the duration on the product you choose.
James has separate AUTO and Manual profiles. Open the matching one before choosing a product so the calendar and car correspond to the transmission you intend to practise.
Agree your pickup
Give your Adare street number, road name and any entrance directions when arranging pickup. Agree the finish location at the same time, especially if the lesson is part of a trip to work or study.
If you would prefer to meet away from home, send a specific alternative address for James to assess. A meeting in another locality needs its own confirmation.
No. TMR lists Gatton QGAP at 7 William Street for driver licensing, but its current service list does not confirm practical car testing. Settle the actual test centre with your instructor and TMR before choosing a test-day product.
Toowoomba Harristown lists practical car tests at Corner Yaldwyn Street and Warwick Street, Toowoomba. Ask Coastwide to confirm instructor and test-car availability for your chosen centre before booking with TMR.
The standard Test Day Package is for existing customers who have completed at least one Coastwide lesson. Some instructors accept new test customers by arrangement. Confirm the instructor, centre and time before reserving your government test.
