Practice and feedback
Planning your driving lesson in Ekibin
When observation feels rushed, it can help to examine the steps before a single manoeuvre. Tell Patrick where you lose track, such as checking behind before changing position or looking before turning. A lesson can connect those checks to steady car control and a clearer decision.
Coastwide instructors serving Ekibin are Queensland-accredited. Our instructor-provided lesson cars have dual controls. We are part of a group that has helped students pass their test since 1959.

Choose the right instructor profile
Match the profile to the transmission you want, then look at actual availability. Share any nerves or learning priorities before the lesson so your instructor can plan with you.
Agree your pickup
Arranging pickup in Ekibin
Use the street number and current suburb in your Ekibin pickup request. The recognised Ekibin neighbourhood sits within Tarragindi; it is not a separate pickup address.
If your work pickup is at St Elizabeth's School, the directory lists 55 Effingham Street, Tarragindi. Agree a specific meeting point with Patrick before the lesson.
Ekibin driving lesson questions
Should I enter Ekibin or Tarragindi when describing pickup?
Give the complete current street address, including Tarragindi where that is the address suburb, and add Ekibin as the area description. That lets Patrick confirm the right meeting location without relying on the neighbourhood name alone.
Can I discuss a driving test at Greenslopes?
Greenslopes lists practical car tests at Greenslopes Shopping Mall, 700 Logan Road, Corner Plimsoll Street, Greenslopes. Ask Coastwide to confirm instructor and test-car availability for your chosen centre before booking with TMR.

The standard Test Day Package is for existing customers who have completed at least one Coastwide lesson. Some instructors accept new test customers by arrangement. Confirm the instructor, centre and time before reserving your government test.
