Practice and feedback
How your Hillcrest instructor helps you practise
In a Hillcrest lesson, instruction and feedback are part of the driving time. Your instructor explains the task and watches how you respond, then helps you correct the part that needs work. A parking exercise, for instance, involves checking around the car as well as steering it into position.
As you improve, the practice can build on those skills. The aim is to understand what you are doing and use it consistently, with opportunities to ask questions and revisit a difficult step.
Coastwide instructors serving Hillcrest are Queensland-accredited, and our lesson cars have dual controls. We are part of a group that has helped students pass their test since 1959.
