What we offer

Loganholme driving lesson options

Beginner driving lessons in Loganholme

Learn the controls, steering, starting and stopping, then build your observation and road skills. Your instructor explains each task and helps you practise before adding more complexity.

Refresher driving lessons in Loganholme

Practise observation, hazard awareness, parking and manoeuvres before your practical test. Mock driving tests in Loganholme provide test-style instructions and feedback on skills that need more work.

We offer automatic driving lessons in Loganholme and manual driving lessons for learners who want to practise clutch control and gear changes.

Patient, practical instruction

Practical feedback in your Loganholme driving lessons

Your Loganholme driving instructor works with your experience, explains what to practise and gives feedback as you drive. Lessons develop car control, observation, safe decisions and parking, with the level of difficulty building as your skills develop.

Bring questions from supervised practice to your next lesson. Describing a parking attempt or an intersection you found difficult gives your instructor something specific to work through with you.

Coastwide instructors serving Loganholme are Queensland-accredited, and our lesson cars have dual controls. We are part of a group that has helped students pass their test since 1959.

Where can I book a practical driving test when learning in Loganholme?

Bethania TMR Customer Service Centre offers practical testing for light vehicles at Shop 10, 13-15 Glasson Drive, Bethania. The centre is in the Bethania Lifestyle Centre near Bunnings. Check available test appointments with TMR. If you want a Coastwide test-day car, coordinate the centre and time with us before booking your government test.

Is the Beenleigh Marketplace address still a driving test centre?

No. The official Beenleigh centre record says the service has moved to Bethania. It also lists vehicle practical tests as a service not offered at the former Marketplace location. Use the centre name and address on your test confirmation, rather than an older Beenleigh address.

Can I use a Coastwide car for my test after lessons in Loganholme?

Yes. The Test Day Package includes a warm-up drive and use of the car for your practical test. It is available to existing customers who have completed at least one Coastwide lesson; some instructors also accept new test customers. Call before booking the government test to coordinate availability. The package, pre-test lessons and government test are separate bookings.

Do professional lessons count towards my learner logbook?

Eligible lessons with an accredited trainer can count as triple time for up to 10 actual hours, giving 30 logbook hours. Further hours count in real time. The same driving cannot count as both triple time and night hours. Check the Queensland learner logbook requirements for your circumstances.
