Automatic lessons let you practise steering, braking, observation and road decisions without changing gears. Aman Saini is among the automatic instructors currently serving Pelican Waters.
Returning after a break or wanting feedback on your driving? Refresher lessons can focus on observation, parking and the situations you want to handle more comfortably.
Pre-test lessons and mock tests give you practice and feedback on the skills assessed in the practical test, including observation, safe decisions, parking and manoeuvres.

Practice and feedback
As you gain experience, a lesson can show whether you are observing and making decisions before the instructor needs to prompt you. That includes preparing for an intersection, maintaining a suitable road position and checking around the car before moving.
Use the feedback to identify the skill that needs another practice session. A pre-test lesson can bring those tasks together and reveal where you still need guidance.
Coastwide instructors serving Pelican Waters are Queensland-accredited. Coastwide's instructor-provided lesson cars have dual controls. We are part of a group that has helped students pass their test since 1959.
