Choose your lessons
Practise steering, observation and speed control without coordinating a clutch. Choose an automatic instructor from the local profiles.
A first session can establish what you already manage and where a clearer explanation or more practice would help.
A mock test can show which skills remain inconsistent. Use the feedback to decide where further practice is needed.

Practice and feedback
If your supervising driver gives the same reminder repeatedly, bring that example to Nicola. A lesson can look at when you notice the relevant information and what you do with it. This helps turn a general request for confidence into a particular observation or control skill to practise.
Coastwide instructors serving Ransome are Queensland-accredited. Our instructor-provided lesson cars have dual controls. We are part of a group that has helped students pass their test since 1959.
Plan your lesson
View current lesson and package prices. Most Coastwide lessons run for 60 to 90 minutes; check the duration on the product you choose.
Match the profile to the transmission you want, then look at actual availability. Share any nerves or learning priorities before the lesson so your instructor can plan with you.
Agree your pickup
Give Nicola your complete Ransome address and any useful entrance directions. Arrange the start and finish before relying on a lesson as transport to another commitment.
If a home pickup does not suit, propose a specific alternative address for Nicola to assess. The local profile does not make an unspecified meeting in another suburb automatic.
Ask Nicola about the exact alternative starting point and the place you need to finish. She needs to confirm those arrangements with the lesson time; choosing Ransome alone does not identify the pickup.
Wynnum lists practical car tests at 139 Tingal Road, Wynnum. Ask Coastwide to confirm instructor and test-car availability for your chosen centre before booking with TMR.
The standard Test Day Package is for existing customers who have completed at least one Coastwide lesson. Some instructors accept new test customers by arrangement. Confirm the instructor, centre and time before reserving your government test.
