I had a very complicated relationship with driving after seeing the aftermath of several car accidents in my family, as a result it took me a lot to finally get into driving. Narelle is an amazing instructor and she taught me so many useful formulas for manoeuvres, she'd draw out sketches too, let me know when I did something wrong, and was super chatty, encouraging, and funny. It's thanks to her that I came to really enjoy driving and have built up confidence to get behind the wheel, I'm so grateful for my experience and highly recommend her as well as Coastwide Driving School.

I highly recommend Narelle for anyone learning to drive. I'm in my 30s and I've put it off for a long time so had a lot of anxiety. Narelle instantly put me at ease, was able to read how I was feeling and knew exactly when I needed to be pushed and when I needed more guidance. She is such a good teacher and is so patient and calm. Her methods for the maneuvers are all amazing, the reverse parallel park one works every time and I'm so glad I won't be afraid of parallel parking! She's kind, funny, generous, and so easy to talk to. I had 14 lessons with her over about 6 months and I'm so grateful for that time. I also recommend booking Coastwide for the Test Day Service, it was instrumental in helping me pass first time. Coastwide takes care of all the bookings for you and it was awesome to do the test in the same car I had learned in. The warm up drive before hand is great to relax any nerves and Narelle took such good care of me on the day, I didn't have to worry about anything else other than my driving. Thank you so much Coastwide and Narelle for helping me to finally get my licence!

Narelle is an absolute superstar! Teaching teen girls how to drive takes a certain skill and patience of a saint....Narelle nails it! She was so kind and supportive to my daughter while learning to drive, explaining things in a way parents just don't have the knowledge to do. Narelle has a fun and relaxed style of teaching which calms the nerves and resulted in a pass with no faults! Thank you Narelle, we are so grateful for your help!

I had Narelle for maybe 12 lessons and she is an amazing women and teacher. She uses visual perspectives with a white board which really helped me and has so many tips and tricks that have built my confidence as a driver. My entire test day I was so nervous and she was so supportive and overall just a lovely person. I would highly recommend her as an instructor and she even helped me pass with no minors!

Narelle's classes were incredible; she helped me a lot to understand everything I needed to know to pass the test. She was super attentive, even though English is my second language, she explained things clearly and slowly so I could understand better. The classes were difficult, and I always felt I could improve, but when the test came, it seemed easy. But thanks to Narelle from Coastwide Driving School I very quickly built confidence to do it. If you’re also terrified, Narelle is kind, patient and flexible. She has your back every step of the way. Had a lesson with Narelle today and honestly it was amazing. She’s such a good teacher - super clear, patient, and just really happy and encouraging the whole time. I felt comfortable straight away, even though I was a bit nervous at first. I learned so much in just one lesson and now I actually feel confident for my driving test next week. With just 3 lessons with her 2weeks prior to my test, and with low confidence i have on myself, Narelle helped me gain back my confidence and taught me skills that helped me have more control on the wheels which really improved my driving skills and pass the test.
