I had Sue for all of my lessons and I couldn’t have chosen a better instructor to improve my driving with. Not only did she make me feel comfortable, she taught me all of the important manoeuvres and tricks that are beneficial for when you when driving on the roads. She always kept it lighthearted and stress free, which helped ease my nerves a lot as I’m sure a lot of other people including myself over think a lot which can affect your driving even when you’re fully capable. I can’t stress enough how much I could not have succeeded with my license without Sue. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone, especially if you’re a bit uneasy or nervous about being on the roads. 5 stars from me!

Sue’s calm, bright, funny, caring nature saw our daughter go from being a nervous hesitant driver to a confident competent independent one. Sue’s thorough knowledge of our roads and little tricks and tips for manoeuvring the vehicle have been invaluable. We are so glad we chose Sue and Coast Wide Driving School. Driving for the first time can obviously be a very daunting prospect for many new drivers, myself included. But my driving instructor (Sue Ottaway) was a strong enforcer of the idea of 'calm in the car,' which made my first experiences in a car much easier and less nerve-wracking. The positive reinforcement helped me to gain confidence on the road, and there was a very obvious change (for the better) in my driving before I started lessons and after even my first one.
