A thank you to the team
After a busy 2016 helping customers learn to drive and work towards their licences, Rightway's team gathered for its annual Christmas celebration at the Links Resort at Hope Island.
The original message thanked instructors for the care they gave their customers, as well as the call centre team working behind the scenes to support learners and instructors.
Instructor of the Year
Alan Bulmer, then an instructor in Gold Coast North, received the 2016 Instructor of the Year award.
The announcement recognised his reliability and service. It also recorded that he had received Instructor of the Week recognition twice that year.
Call Centre Agent of the Year
Natasha Collins received the 2016 Call Centre Agent of the Year award.
The announcement thanked her for her all-round work, including sales and customer support, and for her contribution to the team.

Congratulations to Alan and Natasha, and thank you to everyone whose work was recognised that year. We have preserved their achievements as part of the school's history.
