Coastwide booking help
Start with your suburb to find an instructor who covers your area, then check the booking calendar for a suitable time. If you already have an account, use the current Coastwide login page to sign in.
There are a few choices to make before a first booking. The Coastwide driving lesson options on our homepage help you compare instructors, teaching approaches and lesson types before choosing a time.
Find an instructor and a lesson time
- Choose your suburb. On the homepage, use the field labelled “Where would you like your lesson?” and select “Find instructors”. Read the profiles to compare experience, languages and teaching approaches.
- Open the booking calendar. You can use an instructor's booking link or the Book a lesson page. If prompted, select your suburb in the “Choose Your Suburb” window.
- Check the current selection. Confirm the instructor and suburb shown above the calendar. Use “Change” if needed, then review the dates or “Find Next Available Time”. The calendar shows Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
- Review before completing. When you find a suitable option, follow the booking prompts. Check the lesson, instructor, transmission, date, time, price and meeting arrangements before confirming.
An instructor covering your suburb does not necessarily have a time available on your preferred day. If the calendar doesn't show what you need, try another suitable date or ask the team for help. You don't have to guess which lesson to choose.
Check the current packages and lesson terms before buying. Read the details for your selected product and instructor rather than relying on a price in an older article.
Sign in or recover account access
Already have an account?
Open Coastwide Login, enter your email address and password, then choose “Log In with Email”. Use the account you normally book with.
Forgotten your password?
Select “Forgot Your Password?” on the login page, or open password recovery. Follow the prompts. If you cannot access the contact details associated with your account, ask the team for help.
The login page also has a “New Account” option. If you have booked before but cannot get in, try account recovery or contact us before creating another account. That gives the team a chance to help you find the existing record.
Check or change an existing lesson
Keep your booking confirmation handy and check it against the lesson you expect to attend. Confirm the date, time and instructor, and clarify the meeting point if anything is uncertain.
If you need to change or cancel a booking, check your account and confirmation for the available instructions. If the next step is unclear, contact Coastwide promptly. The current terms and linked conditions explain applicable notice periods and charges. Asking for a change does not itself confirm that the booking has changed.
